Excellent service from Devon today. Last night I found a possum and one baby that my dog was going nutz trying to get to behind my vegetable planter. Called the city animal services and they would not come out. I called this service and Devon came out almost immediately. He actually found 8 babies. He caught them all and removed them from my yard. His practice is to relocate them. His customer service skills are stellar. He offers many kinds of service along with animal removal. When I called they were very informative and gave me a direct quote for the immediate need of having a dead animal removed. Shad took great care of us when he got to our home, very quickly and effectively removed the animal from underneath our home. He then gave us a beyond reasonable quote for resealing all of the entries to under our house (leaving one semi-accessible so we can get underneath the house if need be). Absolutely wonderful human and have already recommended him and Montoya Trapping Services to our neighbors. Will definitely be calling them back out if we ever need to!

I called for help getting a dead animal out of my ceiling with no crawl access. Shad Davies was an absolute rock star! He walked me through the options, and decided to go with the less invasive method of working through a hole from a recessed light can. He pulled out nasty insulation, used a cam to scope around, vacuumed the space, sprayed disinfectant, cleaned up the spillage and explained everything he was doing the entire time. Afterwards he walked me around the house (in the pouring rain no less!) and showed me where the animal had gotten in as well as other areas that needed to be fixed/screened. I was extremely happy with the service, and for the amount of work and time it took, the rate seemed very fair. I highly recommend working with Shad if you get the opportunity.

I contacted Devon based on some great reviews I had seen of his services. I had two issues I needed help with: (i) some raccoons and opossums that were visiting my yard and causing damage, and (ii) repair of the vents in my roof.

Devon answered my inquiry immediately, and within minutes we had scheduled a visit for the next day. He laid a couple of traps, showed me how to re-set them and then did an assessment of the work that was needed on the house.

He came back a couple of days later and completed the work on the house vents. He also sprayed the attic. I was delighted with the quality of the materials and workmanship, and the pricing was very reasonable.

In the meantime, he has been back 3 times now to pick up trapped critters.

Devon was very professional and was available to setup traps the very next day. I appreciated his timeliness and attention to detail when discussing the animals and the traps that we'd be using to catch them.

Two of the three raccoons that have been terrorizing the neighborhood have been caught and relocated within the first couple days. Devon was quick to pick them up that same day so they were not left trapped out in the sun.
